Tackle Level: Tackle DNA

DNA Camp is designed to ensure the Athlete develops a new habit of sound tackle technique so that it becomes part of an Athlete’s DNA. This program only accepts Athletes who have passed the Learn to Tackle Camp.

Dates: June 11, 13

Once Athlete passes, they progress to Day 3 on June 13th.

Time: 9am - 1pm

This camp does the following:

• Focus on and habituate the side tackle technique

• Focus on and habituate the head-on tackle technique
